Folio 726. Letter from Henry J Haggar, Vestry Clerk for the Parish of Liverpool, to the Local Government Board. He writes that Ellen Murray is a trained and efficient nurse and that whilst in the service of the select vestry of the parish of Liverpool both conducted herself and discharged her duties in a satisfactory manner. Murray left the service of the select vestry in February 1879.
Annotated: permission is sought from Courtenay Boyle, Local Government Inspector, to give sanction, which he agrees to. 1 January 1881.
