Single-acting engine, with 63 inch cylinder, 8 foot stroke, parallel motion.General section and plan of the engine and outside view of the beam and gudgeon with part of the engine house - reverse drawing; section and plan of the condenser and air pump, steam pipe (also used for Wheal Crenver) - reverse drawings; working barrel of pump; plan and side view of beam marked "Model for Hallamanin Beam" - original and reverse drawings; gudgeon - reverse drawing; side view and plan of the outer end of the beam and ends of great perpendicular links; regulating radius, plummer blocks, sockets, saddle plates etc. - reverse drawing; piston rod cap, top of piston rod cap, cross-section of piston rod cap; parallel motion; draft general view of the engine and plan of the engine and boiler; sketch plan of the cylinder etc.; sheet of calculations.

For Hallamanin Mine. The mine was frequently spelt as "Hallamaning" or "Hallamannin". According to the List of Engines made at Soho, the engine was sold to Wheal Ramoth and set to work there in Dec. 1796. It was stopped again in Jan. 1798 and sold to Herland Mine, where it was still at work in May 1798.
