Now Adams and Baker and Haycock declare that £2000 part of the sum of £12,000 is the proper money of James Oliver who agrees that Adams, Baker and Haycock shall have priority in respect to the payment of £10,000 their proportionate sum of the £12,000. Witnesses Beauchamp N. O. Russell, Clerk to Mr. How, solicitor Shrewsbury, Mr. Leman clerk to Messrs. Ford & Thomas Solicitors, Shrewsbury.
