Sir Francis Edwards by indenture of the day before to be enrolled in Chancery, between him (1) and Henry Jenks and John Wood (2) bargained and sold to Jenks and Wood several houses and lands in the Township of Meole Brace, on trust to sell the same to pay Sir Francis' debts.

A marriage is intended between Sir Francis and Hester Lacon. Her portion: £1000.

Grant to Jenks and Wood of the Manor of Meole Brace and several messuages there, to Fowler and Weld on trust to pay £100 p.a., consisting of:-

Dayhouse Farm in Meole Brace (Rd Juston); a messuage and lands (Wm Franks); several parcels of land adjoining to the Red Barne (John Mountford); lands called Kemysey (Peter Pugh) at £203 p.a., to Hester for life, then to sons.

Enrolled in Chancery 7 Nov. 1726.
