Lease and Release - Deed of Exchange between Philip Berrington and the Rev. Mr Bather.
Berrington conveys by lease for a year the Ley Meadow (5a 3r 22p), the Little Holy Atcham (3r 12p); the Big Holy Atcham (1a 2r 9p) all late in the occupation of Edward Hodges; the Coney Green (3.2.17) (late John Crane) all in Meole, bounded on W. by the carriage road from the village of Meole to a mill (Rd Hiles).
The Bathers convey a piece of land in Coleham called the Pike or Pike Furlong (3.3.9) (late Sam Tudor) now in 2 pieces (Sir John Heathcote & Co and Benjamin Benyon, Esq.); 2 pieces in Coleham - Bettons Croft at the Pasture or piece of Land adjoining to Pike Furlong and St. John's Field, late in one piece (Evan Owen), now in two (Wm Leighton and Andrew Jones) bounded on E. by the Pike, S. by the turnpike road from Coleham to Nobold, in all 8a 2r.
