Description

Release and conveyance from Sir Charles Sargent of Bombay [India], Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay to Rev. Henry Calverley Calverley of Corpus Christi College, Oxford, clerk, and William Ford of Grays Inn [Middlesex], gentleman.

Reciting

- Z 951/6/1;

- Z 951/6/2;

- death of William Sargent on 3 Feb 1863 and his burial at Lavington [Sussex];

- that BHS had contracted to sell to pay off Z 951/6/2;

- to avoid delay in completion of contracts for sale which might arise due to CS being in India

Witnessing

CS assigned the mortgage to HCC and WF.
