Conveyance

i) James Carrington, Potton, auctioneer Charles Bond, Potton, grocer William Thomas Chapman, Biggleswade, gentleman (devisees in trust in last will of James Seamer, late of Potton, carpenter, deceased)

ii) James Wagstaff, Highbury Lodge, Islington, gentleman

iii) Edward Argles, Biggleswade, gentleman reciting will of James Seamer dated 19 March 1853 by which he devised all his real estate to i) in trust for sale. He died on 4 June last [1853]. Will proved (PCC) on 16 September 1853

Now in consideration of £346 paid by ii) to i)

i) release to ii)
