To wife Helen, specific personal estate and £50.
To trustees all other real and personal estate to pay:-
£150 p.a. to wife for life (50 only if remarries).
£52 p.a. to father for life.
Of residue:-
1/3 to sons and 1/3 to daughters when 21.
Wife to be allowed £26 p.a. for maintenance of each one under 21; she and trustees guardians.
Codicil: Edward Bailey of N. Collingham, auctioneer, appointed in place of John Glover. Will: 18 Jan. 1871.
