On the same sheet: Memorandum of Experiments with Boiler No. 734. Soho Foundry, 16 Nov. 1837. Docketed “With copy of epxeriments with Fearless’s boiler – not satisfactory. Coal boxes now finished. Brasses by waggon tomorrow. A letter received from Gilbert Hamilton respecting the Sclessin engines. Observations respecting the payment. To find out Mr. Dumas.”
