(2) Sir William Drury his son & heir

Mary Cokaine, eldest d. of William C. of London merchant

(3) William Cokaine of Rushton Esq.

(4) John Spelman of Narburgh, Norf. Esq.

Humphrey Rant of Yelverton, Norf. Esq.

For £3000 WC. to (1) & £140 p.a. jointure, to Bridget, (1)'s wife, of estate in Besthorpe, Old Buckenham Attilburgh, Wymondham, Hyngham & Deepham - partly freehold & part copyhold but too mixed to be distinguishable

For security of this (1) agrees to convey to (3) the manor of Besthorpe als. Cursons, & Plassinghall, in Attilburgh, Besthorpe & 2 parcels of manor of Chantlers als Chauntecleers in A.

To W.C. in trust for (1) & (2) etc.
