Part of highway from Chiddingstone to Blackham Common in Sussex, called Hobb's Hill, one furlong, 27 perches [368½ yards] long, to be diverted to new line through lands of William Whitton, Esq., and Robert Lipscomb, 2 furlongs, 36 perches [638 yards] long.
Part of highway from Chiddingstone to the turnpike road between Penshurst and Tunbridge Wells, two furlongs, 6 perches [473 yards] long, to be diverted to new line, as above.
Bridleway from Hobb's Hill to Bassetts Mill, 5 furlongs [1,100 yards] long, 6 feet wide, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Part of highway from Hobb's Hill to Frienden, 4 furlongs, 28 perches [1,034 yards] long, 10 feet wide, to be stopped up as unnecessary, subject to right of way for Robert Bostock, Esq., Charles Marchant and William Whitton, Esq.,
Order: at house of Robert Lipscomb in Penshurst, 16 September 1819, with plan (scale: 16 inches to mile), surveyed by G. Doubell, Penshurst.
Consent of William Whitton of Chiddingstone, Esq., and Robert Lipscombe of Penshurst, yeoman, same date.
Affidavit concerning service and publication of notices, 19 October 1819.
Certificate of completion, etc., 29 March 1820.
