Highway from parish church and street of Pluckley to Malmain's Gate leading to Dowle Street and to Parsonage Green, both in Pluckley, through lands of Sir Edward Cholmeley Dering, baronet, 5 furlongs, 36 poles [1,298 yards] long, to be diverted to new line through lands of Sir E.C. Dering, from the gate at the end of Pluckley Street, adjoining the churchyard, 5 furlongs, 13 poles [1,815 yards] long, 20 feet wide.
Part of highway from Dowle Street to Parsonage Green, 1 furlong, 17 poles [313½ yards] long, to be diverted to new line through lands of Sir E.C. Dering, one furlong, 20 poles [330 yards] long, 20 feet wide.
Order: at Saracen's Head Inn, Ashford, 7 August 1819, with plan, and summary of distances.
Endorsed: certificate of agreement for purchase of land.
Consent of Dame Henrietta Geary and Cholmeley Dering, guardians of Sir E.C. Dering, 2 August 1819.
Notice of the order, 9 August 1819.
