Neil Wilkie responded to leafleting in Eccles by bringing in the box of glass slides of which this deposit consists. The slides belonged to a friend of the depositor who worked for Eccles Co-op for about 30 years. They are mostly views of Co-op shop fronts in the Eccles area, but there are some groups as well as coloured advertisements. The pictures of shop fronts are identical to those in the Eccles Co-op Jubilee Book of 1907
