Abstract of title to several messuages and premises in Rendezvous Street and Grace Hill Nos. 1, 2 & 5 Grace Hill; a piece of land in Rendezvous Street, formerly a blacksmith's forge, heretofore a slaughterhouse in occupation of John Pepper, but now a builder's workshop in occupation of George Prebble. 1849-79; supplementary abstract of title to freehold land and premises in Rendezvous Street 'now known as the Prince Albert Inn' 'All that ancient messuage & tenement ... in occupation of Thomas Baker, the late father of Thomas Steddy Baker.' 1772-1843. Citing will of Thomas Baker, carpenter, 1772 and will of William Colebran Chalk, 1841; transfer of mortgage securities by executors of the will of John Merit, deceased, 1837
