Jury: John Nicholas, George Rogers, William Copeland, Peter Simons, James Bolitho, Samuel May, Morgan Morgan, Henry Sara, William Baynard, John Gwennap, Francis Thomas, Thomas Huthnance, John Blee, Joseph Roberts, Thomas Weymouth.

Sworn statements by Thomas Avery, master, and John Madcutt, mate, of the vessel Fair Trader, that they shipped 24 tons of white salt at Bristol on 12/13 January 1780, on which duty was paid, to be carried to Botreaux Castle on account of Richard Kingdon of Launceston (19 tons) and Edward Pearce of Camelford (5 tons), the whole cargo being lost when the ship was driven onto rocks at Botreaux Castle.

Ann Pentire of Camborne, single woman; convicted of stealing a stamped Holland handkerchief and a black silk ribbon, value 7d., from Honour Harris, widow: 6 months' hard labour.

Presentment of average prices of corn, per Winchester bushel, as follows: wheat, 3s. 9½d.; barley, 1s. 10½d.; oats, 1s. 3d.; peas - .

Presentment of highways of Lanlivery, made on oath of Neville Norway at last sessions: for the road that leads from Cowbridge to Castle Water and then to the High Road running from Bodmin to Fowey: to be held over. For the lower way leading to Mill Town and then Golant church, about ¼ mile: the plead and traverse of the inhabitants to be received and filed.

Trehane Symons, gent., Surveyor (east) to be asked to attend next sessions to explain why he applied for a single levy at last sessions, when his accounts show he had a balance of £206 3s. 6d. in hand.
