Folio 703. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to James Saunders, Clerk to the East Dereham Local Board in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union. They find the East Dereham Local Board have not adopted a name with their sanction passed under section 7 of the Public Health Act 1875, [38 & 39 Vic c55]. They suggest that the Local Board should pass a resolution adopting the name, which they at present bear, and that they should forward a copy of such resolution to them.
