Williams' death in 1902 his widow moved to Tredrea, Perranarworthal, and his elder son Henry Harcourt Williams lived at Pencalenick until 1916 when he and his family moved to Penair, also in St. Clement. His mother-in-law Lady Salusbury-Trelawny lived at Pencalenick from 1918 to her death in 1932.
