Fromond, esq. and Susanna his wife, which Susanna was one of the daughters of James Thetcher, esq. decd. (1), THOMAS GUNTER of Grays Inn, esq., and WILLIAM BIRD of St. Andrew's, Holborn (2) and GEORGE HEWET of Grays Inn, esq. (3) - for £700 paid by George Hewett - the said Francis Huett conveyed to Thomas Gunter and William Bird the 1/10th part of the manor and premises before described
