Attached hereto is a copy of a letter from Col. Asper dated 12 September, on the above subject, also translation of a letter addressed to Co. Asper by the Swiss War Department (STM). I discussed this enquiry with Mr Lambert who feels that it is reasonable to assume that we could obtain from the Ministry of Supply, permission to disclose Sapphire information to the Swiss authorities to the same extent as for Sweden
