Quitclaim from Thomas Woolaston of Loxley labourer to William Roberts of Long Marston yeoman, reciting that the said Thomas Woolaston, as son and heir of his late father one of the four children of Thomas Woolaston long since deceased, was entitled to a share in the following property, for £7, of all his right in a messuage with lands and common of pasture belonging thereto in Pebworth; which messuage was in the tenure of Hester Woolaston as life tenant under the will of Thomas Woolaston her late husband and which lands are in the tenure of James Savage.
