Testator : Thomas Jeffrey of Bettus [Bettws], co. Mtg., diocese of St. Asaph, weaver.
3s 4d. each to son, Moris, to daughters, Elizabeth and Jane, to be paid when Rees ap Lewis redeems ½ ac. land mortgaged to Jeffrey Bromley, and devised to testator, his son.
1 acre in Llawnithion [Llaneithion], adjoining lands of John Lyngen, bequeathed to testator by his father, to Elizabeth verch Moris, testator's wife; also corn and grain and movable and immovable goods, incl. weaver's tools.
Executrix : Elizabeth verch Moris, testator's wife.
