Parties: 1) Henry Bell of Spaldington, gentleman 2) John Boyne Walker of Rawcliffe, gentleman Property: messuage at Turnbridge in Rawcliffe with the garth thereto called the Hill and a close adjoining the said garth which close and garth contain 6 acres: 2 acres 2 roods 16 perches in Langham in Rawcliffe and several pieces or parcels of land in the fields and territories of Rawcliffe Consideration: £312 Witnesses: J[?] Barber and W[?] Atkinson
