Lease by the Mayor etc. of Stratford upon Avon, to Samuel Smith, of Stratford, maltster, on the surrender of an unexpired lease to Thomas Lucy, esq. and the payment of £11, of two tenements lately divided into three, in Henly Lane, in the several tenures of Elizabeth Night, widow, and the late Thomas Gibbs, carpenter, and lying between a messuage, etc. of the Mayor, etc. of Stratford in the tenure of Elizabeth Smith, widow, on the north and a tenement in the tenure of John Cotterell on the south, for 41 years at a yearly rent of 4s. and a couple of capons or 1s 6d in lieu thereof.
