Cuby: discharged on payment of fees, from convictions for non-repair of highways: fine of £10 which had been levied on them, to be paid to their overseers to spend on repairs.

John Roddick, a "Scotchman", Michael Jackson and Thomas Dunholme, Irishmen: found to be vagrants and incorrigible rogues, remanded to bridewell for 3 months with hard labour and to receive the correction of the house unless in the meantime they were passed and conveyed to their places of last settlement or birth.

Thomas Mason, his wife and 3children, vagrants: to be kept in bridewell until resettled.
Treasurer: to pay £1.10s 6d. to Charles Treweek of Bodmin for medicines and work during the sickness of several vagrants lately in bridewell.
Treasurer to pay George Conner, keeper of Launceston gaol, £4, his usual quarterly allowance and £2 for conveying two convicts to Exeter.
Treasurer to pay John Brabant and Francis Gregor esqs., £6 for apprehending and conveying two tinners from St. Clement to Launceston gaol.

Treasurer to pay Thomas Eyre, bridewell keeper, £5, his usual quarterly allowance and £40 towards his costs for conveying and providing for vagrants in his custody, his accounts to be submitted to next sessions.
Accounts of the surveyors gaol and bridewell keepers to be entered annually (or more frequently if required) in a book to be provided and vouchers of such accounts kept filed; so that accounts available for inspection by the quarter sessions, for which Clerk fo the Peace to be paid £10.10s a year.
Gaol and marshalsea rate £120 to be levied and paid to James Tillie and Francis Gregor, esqs., treasurers.
