Concerning the appeal of Mr. William Mudford [a sub-editor of the London 'Standard'] against an order to admit John Reason, Inspector of Nuisances. It is charged that Mudford has tried 'to show that Folkestone itself as a watering place is not only in an Insanitary condition but is to be avoided by visitors and persons seeking it as a Health Resort.'
