Settlement : Sir Thomas Clifton of Lytham, Bart. to Thomas Lord Petre - the parsonage of Kirkham "with the houses about the Court, vizt. one Barne, one Hayhouse, one Oxhouse, one Stable, being under one Roofe, one other house of fower Bayes, with a poultry house, alsoe a pasture called Close with a Carr". also a close called the Kirk Croft alias Kirkbanck, also two oxganges under the Windmill Hill and Dale Brigg; also Nannis Flatt; also the Windmill with another oxgang in the Common Towne Field; and the tithes of Kallemergh, Bryning, Ribby-cum-Wray; also parcel in Kirkham of Marsh called Kirkholm of Kirkham Carr. (5 ac.) Witn: William Clifton, Will. Gerard, Richd. Samuell, Fran. Terrier, Richd. Ceppel.
