Messuage called Llwyn y Goe in Maesbrook Uch and Issa, Kinnerley (now or late of Robert Pool); 2 other messuages in Maesbrook Ucha and Issa (now or late John Lee and William Chaloner) with outbuildings, gardens, orchards and land, etc.

Free of incumbrances except 2 terms of 500 years and 300 years created by a settlement of 30 Sept. 1722 for purposes which have long since been satisfied without making use of the terms and 2 mortgage terms of 1,000 years and 600 years created by 2 indentures of 3 & 4 March 1763, one of which terms is vested in John Mytton as executor of Esther Mytton, gentlewoman deceased, and the other in William Pigott, clerk, and Arabella his wife in right of Arabella, sister of John Mytton, the tesidue of which terms of 500 years, 300 years, 1,000 years and 600 years are intended to be assigned by indenture of equal date herewith in trust for Edward Edwards and his heirs to attend the inheritance of the premises hereby granted.
