Series of books containing comprehensive yields and costs details from the various Coke Ovens employed by Dorman Long to make coke for use in the iron making process. Ovens detailed are Redcar, Acklam, Newport, Carlton, Collin and Otto. The information given at monthly intervals (from 1931 the figures are given for 6 monthly periods) covers yields of Coke, Sulphate of Ammonia, Tar and Crude Benzol, Cost Account details for each of the products and Profit and Loss account totals. In the rear of the volumes are graphical representations of some of the results and statements from the Clarence Sulphuric Acid Plant.
