Letter from L.V. Fildes to Mr J.T. Irvine regarding his preference for Margarine Uni shares instead of Margarine Union shares. Mr Fildes explains that Margarine Unie shares on the Amsterdam stock market are only issued in denominations of 1, 000 florins as opposed to the denomination of 12 florins for Margarine Union shares issued on the London stock market.
