From (a) Sir William Cecill, kt. and Master of the Queen's Court of Wards and Liveries, Robert Keylwey, esq.. Surveyor of the same Liveries on behalf of the Queen to (b) Gregory Fynes, [10th] Lord Dacre of the South, bro. and heir of Thomas Fynes. late [9th] Lord Dacre, dec'd (1517-1541; see D.N.B.).

Suffolk: Manors of Northailes, 'Wimpelles in Torrington, Burgh next Grandesburgh, and Wrentham.

Norfolk: Manors of Horsforth and Haughboyes.

Sussex: Manors of Herstmonceux, Hurstpierpoint, Westmeston, Street, Buckholt, Ewhurst, Barwick, Hailsham in Barwick, tenement called Knight de Dolhams, and the hundred of Buttinghill.

Hants: Manor of Compton Montreux.

Berks.: Manors of Wolfynes and Bradley.

Wilts.: Manor of Stannton St. Quintyn.

City of London: lands and tenements in London in the tenure of [blank] Thurlock.

Notts.: Manor of Bothamsell in Elkesley, and Manor of Carleton Kingeston.

Derbys.: Manor of Beighton.

Yorks.: Moiety of the manors of Woodhall, Elwardby and Thirkelby, Bransburton with Bristell in Holderness, Mapleton, Ellingstrete, Bellarby, of certain lands in Sodborough. manors of Thurne. Skerton, Stanley, Nethercalcott

Northumberland: Manors of Bempton. Hallywell, Aldingmore, Langehurst, Raffeley, Chevington, Morewyke, Havingden.

Lincs.: Manors of Wyntringham, and Holberghe.

Dorset: Manor of Frome Quintyne.
