James Cholmondeley of Rocksavage Esq. to Thomas Musket of Runcorne, yeoman --- closes called the Acreshey Meadow, Tomlinsons Croft, the Four Butts in Wothershill, Four Butts in the Acres, Two Butts in the Acres, Two Butts under Barn Flatt and one Lount in the West Field, all in RUNCORNE, heretofore parcel of Robert Runcorne's Tenement and now in the possession of the said Thomas Muskett; for lives of the said Thomas Muskett and John Muskett his son and of Ralph Rogerson son of Richard Rogerson of Halton, yeoman, at an annual rent of 6/- and a heriot of 40/-. Cons. the surrender of a former lease (above no. DCH/E/35) and £11. Seal, red, crest, a boar. Parchment.
