Baron Underhill's article of indenture with Lloyd F. War survives, as does his partnership agreement with George Arthur Cox. Cox died four months after the partnership was signed and the practice became Underhill's entirely. Underhill had five articled pupils - only one of these articles of pupillage survives here.
