Mrs Halliday was the wife of John Halliday, brother of Michael Frederick Halliday, pre-Raphaelite painter. Both John and Michael Frederick Halliday died in 1869. Mrs Halliday lived at Teddington, Middx., Chadton, near Radlett, Herts., and, from 1865, at Belmont Park, Lee.
