Declared that the premises to be to the use of 3. his heirs and assigns for the term of 500 years granted to him by cat. no. Blake/V/3. but subject to the conditions in that deed and after the expiration of said term to such uses as they were subject before said indenture and which are mentioned in cat. no. Blake. V/2. (but wrongly quoted as 26 June 1718)
