Bargain and sale of 4 pastures or clausures of land in Hynton (Margaret Bradeley widow), 2 of them commonly called the Great Bythomme, another Okeley wood and the last Okeley medowe: to use of Sir Hughe his heirs and assigns

The property is not escumbered except by the estate of Margaret Bradeley for life. Peaceful possession, Further assurance. If Sir Hugh should ever lose the pastures by due process in law, John will repay the consideration in one whole and entire payment in the house in Cholmoudley called the Hall of Cholmondley or at the place where the same house now stands

If Margaret Bradeley have any lawful issue of her body living at the time of her decease, then if John Hynton pay back the consideration at the place stipulated before, then he may reposses
