- For £8. 10. secured to be paid when the death of Elizabeth Brown should be proved - of the said undivided moiety of one undivided third part of the said premises
Note:- It appears from a recital in this deed that the said James Brown and Mary his wife were both dead and that the daughter Elizabeth had not been heard of for some years before her mother's death, so it was uncertain whether she was living or dead. Anne died before her mother and the premises descended to the surviving daughters, viz. the said Elizabeth if living and Mary then the wife of the said James Noakes and the said Sarah Parson pursuant to the father's Will
