(i) William, Abbot of St. Edmund's, and the convent
To (ii) Adam Benette, John Crofftes, Edmund Goldsmyth and William Rycher of Bury St. Edmunds.
Inednture
Lease of 2½a. of land, parcel of the manor of Risby, next to le Milmounte in Risby, with the advowson of the church of Risby.
To hold to (ii) for the term of seventeen years from Michaelmas next, rendering annually to the Cellarer for the said 2½a. two shillings and sixpence in equal portions at Easter and Michaelmas, paying twenty shillings for each payment in arrears, if any, provided that when (ii) have had the next presentation to the said advowson the present lease shall be void as regards the advowson.
