Parties 1) Charlotte Hall of Chipping Norton, widow. Freehold messuage and premises in New St., Chipping Norton, late held by William Norgrove, now unoccupied, to my son, Charles Hall and his heirs. Messuage with appurtenances. In High Street, Chipping Norton where I now live, and all other real estate, if any to Henry Field Wilkins of Chipping Norton and my son Charles Hall and their heirs on trust for sale and to hold proceeds on trust to pay debts and expences, then to pay £30 to each of my children, William, James, Lucy, Edwin, Elizabeth and Sarah, and to divide the residue between all my children, including my son Charles Hall. My trustees shall be executors of this will.
