Enjoyed their lunch and grateful to him for not cancelling in spite of distressing news. George thinks Robert Taylor, Education Officer at U.S. Embassy might help with idea of combining lecturing with work on American side of anthology (of Verse for Children) and History (The Literature of England). Robert Taylor helped Shirley to get State Department Scholarship to study American Trade Unionism at Columbia University. Would like copy of Sarah Millin's autobiography soon if she is to review it for national Review.
