1. Nathan Gough of Kendal, weaver and Garnett Braithwaite of Kendal tanner, devisees of real and personal estates of Isabel Elleray, spinster, deceased

3. Robert Knipe of Roger Ground, Hawkshead, Lancashire, gent

Recitals:- lease and release, 13 and 14 April 1781

- Will of Thomas Elleray, 18 June 1782, appointing Isabel Elleray executrix

- Lease and release, 15 and 16 October 1784

- Will of Isabel Elleray, 31 January 1788

Appointing (1) executors

- £150 still owing to (1)

Premises: [as in lease and release 13 and 14 April 1781]

Consideration: £150 from (3) to (1), 5s. from (3) to (2)

Covenants: if (2) pays (3) £150 by 13 February 1791, (3) will convey premises to him; all benefits from insurance policy on premises with Sun Fire Office, London, to value of £200, taken out 7 April 1785, assigned to (3) as additional security
