Description (What the record is about)
-
Surprised not to have heard from Sybil since they sent her a cheque for Christmas and pointing out that “Ena wrote to you by return of post, thanking you for the pheasants which we thoroughly enjoyed.” Hoping that she is not “laid up again”. Suggesting she telephones her parents one evening. Saying that she has no news to impart “as we go nowhere to get any”.
