All the collection, with the exception of the documents listed below was deposited by the incumbent in June 1971, August 1973, October 1975, May 1977, July and September 1978, June and July 1980, September 1996.

Par/8/4/25,26; 5/6-9; 7/36-43; 9/8-10; 11/4-13; 14/1-4; 28/1; 30/10-15; 31/2,3; 32/1/2; 32/2/1; 32/3/1; 32/4/1; 34/3/2; 35/1,2; 36/1,2; 37/2-25 and 39/1 were deposited by Arundel Town Council, January 1984. Par/8/7/43 is a calendar of these records compiled by R. Garraway-Rice in 1913. The number in square brackets after these documents is the reference number given by Garraway-Rice. It is provided here so that the calendar can be used in conjunction with the present catalogue
