Assignment: James Windebanke of Somerset House in the Strand, gent., of the first part, Sir Thomas Barker of Lyndin, co. Rutland, bart., executor of the will of Chris. Dighton, late of the Middle Temple, gent., of the second part, and Mathew Johnson the younger of the Middle Temple, London, gent., of the third part: whereas by indenture of 17th August last past, Sir Robert Legard, knt., a master of chancery, by direction of said Sir Thomas Barker, assign unto said James Windebanke a certain judgment obtained by Sir Robert against said Chris. Dighton for £1500 in Hilary Term 9 William III: now said James Windebanke, in consideration of sum of £618, assigns to said Mathew Johnson the said judgment and sum of £1500 so recovered, and all right and title in said sum.
