Legacies. (1) to Ann Bromfield, sister and her heirs and assigns, a half share of a house in Much Park Street, Coventry, now occupied by the testatrix and her sister. (2) To Ann Bromfield, a half share of an orchard adjoining the above property, now occupied by Charles Meakin. (3) To Ann Bromfield, the personal property of the testatrix. (4) To Elizabeth Sparks, Susannah Richardson and Lucy Riley, sisters, and John Bromfield, brother of the testatrix, the residue of the real estate. (5) To the above parties all the ready money of the testatrix. Executors and Executrix, Ann Bromfield, William Ryley, (brother in law), John Richardson (brother in law).
