Maharawal Udai Singh of Dungarpur (1846-98). Dungarpur, c.1850. Presented by Col. G.H. Trevor, 1904. Gouache with gold; yellow border. 535 by 410 mm; page 560 by 425 mm. Reverse: a full-face pencil sketch of Maharawal Udai Singh. Maharawal Udai Singh stands holding two matchlocks; a dog is at his feet and the head of his horse is seen behind him. A tiger is in the rocks ahead.
