THE FIRST ASSEMBLY BOOK

This book was paginated, if not when first written, at least at or before the time of Randle Holme. However, the top right hand corner (where the numbers are written) of many of the pages is worn away, and, on working backwards from the last discernible number, several pages are still left when page 1 should have been reached. These have therefore now been given the letters A - G.
