Description:

(a) Railways

Construction of a junction line between the Ely and Norwich main line and the Ely and Peterborough line, in the parishes of Ely Trinity and Ely St. Mary.

2. Improvement and diversion of the March and Wisbech Railway at March.

3. Improvement and diversion of the March and Spalding Railway at March.

4. Construction of new junction lines between the March and Spalding, March and Wisbech, and Ely & Peterborough Branch Railway at March.

(b) Tramways

1. Construction of a junction leaving the Wisbech, Outwell, and Upwell Tramway, and forming a junction with Tramway No. 2 near the point where the King's Lynn to Wisbech Railway crosses Elm Road, Wisbech.

2. Commencing by a junction with Tramway No. 1 in Elm Road, Wisbech and passing along Elm Road, Little South Street (now West Street), Norfolk, Church Street (Terrace).

3. Junction with Tramway No. 2 at Victoria Road and passing along Victoria Road to Wisbech Station.

4. Leaving the Wisbech, Outwell and Upwell Tramway in the parish of Emneth (co. Norfolk) and crossing the Wisbech Canal into the parish of Elm, and passing along the road from Elm to Friday Bridge and terminating in Elm near the Chequers Inn.

(c) Additional Land.

1. Additional land near Wisbech Station.

2. Additional land near Straight Furlong Drove level crossing on the Ely to Peterborough line, in the parish of Downham, Isle of Ely.

3. Additional land near Mildenhall Road Station, Shippea Hill.

4. Additional land near Cambridge Station.

5. Additional land near Chatteris Station.
