Conveyance by Sir William Keyt, Bart. of Norton, co. Glouc., to Thomas Charles Keyt, of Norton, his son and heir, of a messuage etc. in Old Stratford and Stratford upon Avon, known as the College and now or late in the tenure of the Hon. Anne Somerville, widow, a barn thereto belonging now or late in the tenure of John Burman, and two closes in Old Stratford known as Sheffields Close and Sandhill alias Santhill Close, now or late in the several tenures of John Taylor and Mark Noble; the same being free from all incumbrances, indentures of lease and release, of 23 and 24 June past, between the said Sir W. Keyt and the Rev. Thomas Cockman D.D., Master of University College, Oxford, only excepted.
Witnesses: J. Brooks, William Rawlins.
Acknowledged before J. Brooks, Master in Chancery Extraordinary at Chipping Norton, co. Oxon., 5 November 1734; and enrolled in the Court of Chancery 22 November 1734, by Stephen Downes.
