Also includes grant of pew number 12 in All Saints churchyard to Nehemiah Wimble in respect of 26 North Street. In 1793 William Cooper and Robert Chester Cooper sold a piece of meadow (part of 2 acres which William Cooper had purchased of William Durrant) together with a house lately erected abutting west on the high road leading from the New Market to the House of Correction, to Henry Harben, ironmonger. He then sold in 1804 to Nehemiah Wimble, ironmonger, on whose death in 1844 it passed to his wife Audrey Marchant Wimble who died in 1846 leaving it to Richard Green and Arthur Morris of the Cliff, grocer. It was then sold in 1852 to George Molineux banker who sold to Hugh Scales Fullager, gent in 1860. Fullager sold in 1866 to John Every, the younger, iron founder, who sold to Elizabeth, wife of Eward George Brown of 16 and 17 Station Street Brighton, iron-founder, in 1892. She then sold to Edward James Turner, solicitors clerk in 1900, who sold to Sarah Emily Parrott of Devon in 1905.
