Concerning 20 Charles Square (later renumbered). Includes two abstracts of title (one missing first page) comprising the title of William Keale. Estate lease owned by Charles Hills in 1699, passed to Ann Hills and later Mary & Catherine Hills. Assigned in 1743 to Edward Hutchinson and in turn in 1748 to Gilbert Keale, who bequeathed to nephew William in 1761, father of the William Keale above. Wm Keale the younger's son Richard had died childless by 1809 (1-2). Also land tax certificate for the same property paid by Charles Lush in 1821.
